PPCA error

    Hi,

    We run a charity yoga site that embeds the FB posts from 25 affiliated groups/venues. The posts appeared in a sidebar until a few days ago but then they stopped updating and administrators can see the ‘PPCA Error’. We have checked and double checked the configuration and everything appears to be correct but the plugin still says the Facebook Access Token is wrong. How can we diagnose what’s suddenly gone wrong.

    Please help us solve this problem.

    Hi @pressgang,

    I’m so sorry for the delayed reply here. I’m not sure how this ticket slipped through the cracks but we didn’t see it until now!

    To help us troubleshoot this, would you be able to send us your “System Info” from the plugin (which can be found in your WordPress admin at Facebook Feed > Support > System Info) and send it to us via our support form here along with a link to this thread?
