Powerpoint embeding not working

    Hello,

    I try to embed a powerpoint presentation to a training website and, for some reason, it fails to upload and display it.
    The PDF documents are successfully embedded.

    Greetings. Really sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing.

    I have just checked on my end embedding a PPTX powerpoint file and found that it’s working fine here, as you can see: https://d.pr/v/nuxvrg

    Would you kindly tell me if you’re trying with the EmbedPress Document block or not? It should work with the document block correctly. Kindly, let me know the details please, so that I can check.

    Hello @paulamit , Thank you for your reply. I have found that the issue was caused by a small delay in loading the document from the Media storage. Instead of the document the request was returning a “We’re fetching your file…Please wait a moment while we retrieve your file from its home on the internet” – reply.
    I have applied the request in a separate window and it was working. After I call the request separately and the file is retrieved, it starts working on the page as well. It looks as a weird solution but it is working.
    I think we can consider this thread finished
