Power outage while upgrading to WP 5.5

Hello,
I was upgrading my site to WordPress 5.5 when we lost power. When the power was restored 2 hours later my connection had been lost. When I tried logging back in to the site I received the following message: “There has been a critical error on your website.”. I then proceeded to upload a backup of my site through ftp transfer however this has not resolved my issue. Can anyone help me as I am at a loss. I tried debugging the site and this did not help. I do not know where to go from here.
