    Hi,

I’ve just installed the usp free version and wanted to make sure it all works well before starting to use it.
I’ve posted through this form on my site:
    https://myrabbit.co.il/rabbit-adoption/
and the new post was created.
But, the new post image is shown only inside the post, and the new post goes into the wrong category (I’ve selected only one category it can go to, but it goes to the oldest category on site instead.
other than that, the images, while they are shown on the page itself, doesnt know show on the category I’ve selected.

is there a bug, or did i set it up wrong?
    please help.

    Glad to help:

    1) “the new post goes into the wrong category”

Never heard of anything like this before. It sounds like something is interfering with normal functionality. Probably another plugin or maybe something the theme is doing.

    2) “the new post image is shown only inside the post”

That sounds correct for the front end. Where else are you expecting the images to be displayed?

    Hi Jeff,

thank you for your fast replay !

    1) today we are scheduled to change the theme, so i can check if this issue still exists after.
    2) I was expecting to see it on the category page as well, like in other catgories:
    https://myrabbit.co.il/category/training-rabbits/

where the posts that have been created with your plugin can be seen here:

I’m not sure, but for the display of images and posts, it may be helpful to understand how things work. With USP, submitted posts are treated exactly the same way as regular posts. That is, wherever your theme displays regular posts, submitted posts also will be displayed. So basically it’s up to your theme template to determine how/where post content is displayed on the front end. To get a better idea of how this works, try switching to some of the default themes provided by WordPress.

Hey @zlager, I hope you got this sorted. Haven’t heard back in awhile, so gonna go ahead and mark this ticket as “resolved” to help keep things organized. Feel free to post again with any further questions or feedback. Thank you.
