Potential problem on WP Engine

I installed the plugin on two sites and configured tests but am not seeing any traffic to the variation pages. I’ve worked with WP Engine tech support to exclude the page we are testing from their caching infrastructure and believe that to be correct.

They do not support sessions. Is that something I need to resolve?
