Potential plugin conflict with UpDraft Backup

    Hi there,

    I’ve been having some challenges with the wp-stateless plugin and updraft (but only on some sites – very curious). I started a thread with the updraft team (helpful bunch) and they have suggested asking here too.

    I am getting the following error during the upload to google drive part of the updraft process

    PHP Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /var/www/example.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-stateless/vendor/usabilitydynamics/google-api-php-client/src/Google/Client.php on line 134

    Which results in the following error with the UpDraft plugin

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Google_Client::getIo() in /var/www/example.com/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/methods/googledrive.php on line 521, referer: https://example.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=updraftplus

    Does anyone have anywhere to start with tweaking this plugin to stay “contained”

    Unfortunately we do not guarantee compatibility with third party plug-ins. We could fix this for you on custom basis but it would be a paid service and would need some investigation done.

    @liquidblack did you figure out a way around this error? I would love to use both plugins without having to disable WP-Stateless before backing up to the cloud each time…

    Thank you for pointing. It seems both plugins use a different version of Google SDK. We are going to fix that in the next release by wrapping up google SDK with our namespace.

    Hello – I believe the conflict issue with UpDraft has been resolved. Please upgrade WP-Stateless to v2.0.1 to enjoy this enhancement. Thank you!
