Potential for a five star review

I purchased this plug in the other day and still have not been able to unlock its full potential. The customer support is great, the WordPress integration is missing one huge piece. if that piece was fixed I would be able to unlock its full potential and give it a five-star review. I am unable to connect to my website via FTP, I am limited to integrated installs of apps and plugins from within WordPress sandbox.that’s how I was able to find and install the free version. after reading all the great reviews I wanted to join the party and experience the greatness for myself. only thing was those reviewers we able to utilize FTP or pay more to have the sellers to install it for them. after buying the pro version it never told me before buying the pro version you would be required to upload the purchased pro version to enter your registration codes. it is odd that you cant just cut that superfluous step and enter your registration code to your free/demo version to activate its full potential
it’s a great app, I would recommend it if you were able to access your site by FTP or be able to edit your sights php.ini file
