Hi. nowapiosenka.pl, Galaxy A40, Android 11, WordPress mobile app version: 21.8, WordPress 6.1.1.

Here I will describe a problem that I managed to solve myself. Today I added another site to the WordPress mobile app Nowapiosenka.pl, created and published an article, but the article could not be viewed – a white page appeared. I checked other entries and the same. No problems with other sites. I went to Nowapiosenka.pl again in the application and there is a link under the name of the site. I clicked it and a page opened that said something like: Do you confirm your email (this is the page that sometimes also appears in the web browser). I confirmed the email and was able to see the articles. The white page was no longer showing.

Hi! When I try to view https://www.nowapiosenka.pl/ I’m getting time out errors. Errors like this would prevent the app from being able to upload and publish new content to your site, potentially creating errors like you’ve described. I would recommend reaching out to your host about this, as they’ll be best able to assist you with keeping your site’s servers up and responsive to requests so your site loads in a browser and can be manages through the WordPress app.

Thank you for your answer. I try to be on this site every day, e.g. by writing or updating articles, and it always or almost always works. As far as I can remember, once a month or less, he does not go to my website / pages for a moment.

When I first visited https://www.nowapiosenka.pl/, I was able to load it. However, subsequent visits are also resulting in a timeout error:

I suspect that the app is also running into such errors, which are then preventing it from having a stable connection. And that will lead to the problem you encountered.

Like @azollafoxgreenlee mentioned, it’s best that you reach out to your host. They will be in the best position to help you look into these errors.

@dcka Thank you for the information. I will report this issue to my hosting provider.

My hosting provider’s support said that there is generally no problem with my sites, and that it might just be a temporary problem.

Yes, the site seems to be working now. The issues we saw previously aren’t repeating. Now that the site is responding consistently can you let me know if you still have publishing posts or pages from the app?

Yes, I post in the app. I have no problems so far.
