Potential Conflict With Thrive Leads

I have tried to get Thrive Leads to work, but it always goes into infinite Loading mode when try to create a new form. I hit create form, the add new form box pops up, I enter a form name, and hit create form. From there, it freezes, keeps trying to load and never goes past this screen. Please help

Thanks, and sorry. I resolved it. I had to disable the Memberium plugin for the 1 split second used to create the form (had 2 windows open to make sure it was done quickly), then reactivate it. Strange. Sorry to jump in on this thread, couldn’t find any that had my issue.
