Potential bug when uploading a new image for a shared file

    Hello

    When you create a shared file and want to attach an image to it, you can attach an existing image from the midi library.

    When you decide to upload a new one, I noticed a bug: some images in the media library (attached or not to a shared file, just disappear without any trace).

    I am under last version of WordPress and plug-in

    Could you please provide some screenshots to further explain the issue? I don’t think I understood completely and I also couldn’t reproduce any similar situation when testing.

    Unfortunately it is difficult to provide screenshot on such an issue where images seem to disappear from media library.
    It seems to happen when I upload an image from the shared file interface.
