Posts with same post title not selectable

First of all great plugin, works simply with all our use cases. Thanks! One small issue that we noticed is that if there are posts with same title(customer for some reason has) then the select only allows selecting one of the posts with similar titles and not all. This is probably a bug in the used FormTokenField-component. It could probably be solved by adding the id to the title and when trying to match the selected options use post id instead of titles(which are user editable anyways). We can instruct the customer to use unique names going forward but just wanted to let you know of the issue.
