posts with email contacts

Hi, his is Helmer from Dresden/Germany. I have three wp installations up and running quite well. Now I’ looking for a way to do the following: with some posts I want to inform some other people via email about this new post(s). Is there a place in wp to put email adresses, so that they are “pinged” immediately with a new post?
