Posts visible in the home page

    I have made a category ‘News’ and I do not want the posts for this category to be visible in the home page.
    Please suggest me the solution.

    There is one more query please check if you can answer.
    I would like to install 3 column theme. I specially liked Theme Courage. But when I install it the preview shows that its a two column theme. Same problem is arise with Mesocolumn and smartline themes.
    Can you please suggest me what could be going wrong.

    Please do install the theme and do check for the theme setting to change the column settings.
