Posts turning to drafts instead of being published

  • April 1st was the last time I published a post. Since then, every time I write a post and click on publish, it goes straight to Draft and never shows on the main page. How can I correct this? I am currently using WordPress 3.3.2.

    I’m going to avoid the April 1st jokes but only this once. ??

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I just deactivated all plugins. I have a feeling its the one that adds a link to facebook. I didn’t have a problem before added that plugin. Thank you so much and next time go ahead with the April 1st jokes. I enjoy a good laugh to start the morning. ??
