Posts to page links on the side bar?

  • So I have made a few posts and enter them into categories and I have the categories list on the side but from that list I would like a drop down. So for example

    Howto Guides # categories
    How to update Windows Xp #Post
    Speed up your PC #Post
    Movie Reviews # categories
    The Brave One #Posts

    How can this be done?

    Also when I click on my categories list, all my post then lose there title.
