Posts that open in main menu or in a new tab

    I would like to add at my website, at the left sidebar, titles from news as links. I know that this can be done easily! But the problem is that i want some of these links to appear on my page, on the main menu, and some others to be opened in the original page of the link, in a new tab.

    The reason i want to do this, is that some of these news will be an article with commentation by me, so i want it to open in my page, in the category for example : Commented News, and some others which will not be commented, to open in a new tab directly to the link as i found it in the web.

    Can you help me find a solution to this?
