Posts that has been uploaded via Docxpresso are not loading on the page

    Dear Kinjaldalwadi,

    That may because of a confict with some other plugin or maybe the template. Could you test another template to see if it loads correctly?
    Do you use another plugins with shortcodes?

    Hello Docxpresso Team,

    Yes we have deactivated all the plugins but still we are facing same issue.

    Please suggest solution asap.

    Could you just load a default WP template to see if it is a problem with the chosen template.

    Another possible reason although I would expect that would give an error is that the PHP version is older than 5.3 or a required PHP module like ZipArchive or XML is missing.

    Thank you for your quick reply and I found the exact issue that plugin in working till php 5.6 version and not working in more then 5.6. So can you make it possible? We are using php version 7.0.

    No that can not be the problem because my own installation is in PHP 7.1 ??

    How did you test it on PHP 5.6?

    Have you changed the template?

    The problem can only be that the template is incompatible with shortcodes or a PHP error that doesn′t show up.

    Do you have access to your server logs?
