Posts stopped opening, blank page comes when a read more link is clicked

Posts in my website have stopped opening since June 2nd morning. All posts appear in front page as a news snippet. but once the read more link is clicked the link url will appear inthe adress bar but page will appear blank.
i disabled all plugins. it didnot workThe site uses Bombax theme. TO troubleshoot i tried installing twentytwelve and fourteen theme but when i tried to activate, it shows fatal error. even preview is not working. I tried installing tempera it got activated but temepera’s settings will not open.
This is a news website which is daily updated and this problem has put us in deep trouble. please someone helpAdditional info
