Posts start on 0-9

Just need to show all posts from specific category, which title begin on 0-9.

It means that category have posts start on 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. As example:
“300”
“102 Dalmatians”
“2012”

All posts must be sorted with ASC in single list (<ul></ul>):
“102 Dalmatians”
“105 Dalmatians”
“2010”
“2012”
“300”

And if its real, with pagination.

No plugins found, hope you help.
