Posts shortcode breaking NextGEN Gallery

Hi! Everything was working fine before updating to wp4.4. and to the latest version of Shortcodes. Now, when using the Posts Shortcode and selecting either the single-post or default-loop Template, it is stopping any NexGEN Gallery that is on the same page from displaying. list-loop and teaser-loop are ok. Also went to Shortcodes/Settings/Custom Formatting and deactivated it, then saved, but still same issue. Anyone come across this ot have a possible solution?. Many thanks.
