• Hi, I have several issues:

    1- I went to

Setting > discussions > unchecked “allow comments for new posts”. It worked on the specific pages, now it is not showing.

But on this page womenfundarmenia.org/news/ on the featured posts it still shows “0 comments”.

2- When I activated this theme it automatically switched several of my pages to the custom made pages. But unfortunately, when I want to go and edit them, Elementor is not allowing me. (Specifically womenfunarmenia.org/news/ page). I am worried because I am going to use a multilingual plugin, but can not edit this page. Help, please.

3- Is there a way to hide the author’s “metadata” from the front end? I tried WP meta and date remover plugin didn’t work ((((. please help

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Blog > Blog Entries/ single post, from here scroll down, and disable the comment meta by clicking in the eye icon.

Thanks, what about 2nd and 3rd isssues?

    Hi,

Sorry, but a little bit confused. can you please share the snapshot of the issue for the 2nd and 3rd.

Unfortunately I can not provide a screenshot, but I will try to explain again!

When you go to the womenfundarmenia.org/news/ – under each posting it says “0 comments” , BUT i have already unchecked the comments field from the new posts. Even though inside the each post there is no “leave a reply” on the main News page – it still shows “comments”

And my greatest consern ( this is not even possible to do a screenshot) when I activated this theme, it automatically created a page for News with my existing blog posts. But when I want to go do any edits on my womenfundarmenia.org/news/ with both Elementor or Classic Editor, it is not letting me to do anything.

Hope this will help, I can provide access if you want
    Thank you!

    Hi,

Please try to switch the theme to default wp twentytwenty theme and check if it works or not. I don’t think it is a theme issue.

but if I do that, the whole current design will be lost, right?

Yes, but after switching back to the theme, it again returns to its actual design.

You can do one more thing, try to create a staging site, and do this testing the staging site, in this way your actual site not get any affect.

You can try the wp-staging plugin for creating the staging.
