Posts per cat question

I would like to use Post per cat plugin on my blog, and I would like to create a single page that I can link to through my menu where the Post per cat plugin should be used.

But, what I can understand I’m not able to put this code in a Page, because then it wont be understood.
The code looks like this:

<?php do_action("ppc"); ?>

How can I put this plugin in a single page that is working as a post or page on my blog?
