Posts page where to be found?

I’m working on a theme locally. I have a static page as the front page. I’m trying to link towards a post page.. as opposed to certain posts.

i.e. if the front page were the posts, that’s how I’d like it to look if I’m just linking to a page with posts.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
