Posts page ends after 'Do you want to import an existing event from Eventbrite?'

Directly below the WYSIWYG I can see the title ‘The Events Calendar’, the first questions, Is this post an event? Yes/No, and Do you want to import an existing event from Eventbrite (missing the Yes/No option) and nothing else at all on the post page.
