Posts overlapping / Post inside a post?

Hey guys.

Im having a problem with my Post display over at: https://www.ilionline.net/

The ‘Recent work – Sticky’ is a post and ofcourse a sticky.
and the ‘Portfolio up’ is another post, but they keep overlapping no matter what I do.

Hopefully someone can help ?? Thanks again.
