I must point out that, this is the issue with view port. Whenever the resolution is greater than 1500 pixels, then you can reproduce the issue. To solve this, you can maximize and minimize the screen too. Is this known issue with this template?

Upon checking in the Chrome browser on bigger screen than 1500, it seems to be displaying fine at our end:
