Posts Order by Custom Field, How ?

    How can I order by a Custom Field the posts? I give an example. I have a Custom Field where i add only numbers for example 20, 25, 30 etc. I want the posts to display in the homepage of the wordpress, for example first the posts with the number 30, after the posts with the number 25, after the posts with the number 20 etc.
