Posts only showing up when logged in but post type set to public

On my new site https://mytjcnews.com/ I’m having a major problem. Whenever a user posts the posts aren’t shown unless you’re logged into the site itself. If you’re an Administrator they do show up, but if you’re an Editor for instance they don’t.

I am the admin but just logged in as the Editor user, posted and indeed the post is set to Public and actually shows up in a Widget on the homepage (widget pulls from the category), but the post itself doesn’t appear in the category page/menu. For instance, I posted a new post “test” to News. It appears on the homepage in the top right-hand widget (mytjcnews.com) but does not appear in the News section (https://mytjcnews.com/category/news/).

I’m totally stuck and seek any insight.
