Posts on site other front page

  • I really like the theme, but am having some difficulty accomplishing what I want it to do.

    So basically, all my posts are showing up on the front page, but I would like them to appear on different pages by category, and in doing so have them show up as tiles (w/ feature images) on those pages

    Hello,

    Did you tried to create a separate menu item for each category? You can also download the newest version from repository – https://github.com/GavickPro/Portfolio-Free-WordPress-Theme – in this version you can filter categories visible in the frontpage by enabling option “Filter categories” under “Static front-page” in Theme Customizer.

    That helped I think, is there anyway to add a fliter category dropdown or menu bar to the page so visits can filter through portfolio

    The only way is add a submenu in the main menu item with categories list.
