Posts not showing under category pages

  • I am facing one v peculiar problem which i am unable to fix despite a hell lot of efforts. My requirement was to create category pages in menu so that all posts belonging to a category appear under that category.
    However only one post appears under that category page even when i have added 2-3 posts to that category.
    Only on my homepage i can get all posts one below other by making required homepage changes but failing to get posts under category pages ??

    For example in my blog i have 2-3 posts under Health category but only 1 appears refer below link.

    I am using fMeditate theme if its a theme limitation kindly suggest few other theme which supports this feature:

    My hosting service support guy said they are able to do it with their test user using different theme after that they are lost somewhere. When i tried changing theme it didn’t worked. Kindly help me resolve it else i’ll have to change design of my blog.

  • Did you use a plugin to remove the category part of the archive page address? Or did you create a static page and expect it to show posts on it somehow?

    Category pages are dynamically created by WordPress, so you don’t have to create them. Every theme should display them. They are lists of posts in that category.
    You can put a category page’s address as a menu item. Or use a Category widget to show all the links to the category pages.
    The number of posts listed is controlled by the core WP option “Blog shows at most x posts”. You can use a plugin to have a different number per category.
