The auto placement of the rating results alongside the post title are not shown if the post is not in the WP loop (see in_the_loop). This also means that if the WP loop is not set correctly in the code, it will not work. If you can provide the code I can take a look and tell you.

In addition, the auto placement of the rating results is only performed once on the page if the current page is single, an archive (e.g. category) or an attachment page.

There are some WP filters that can be used in the Pro version to override this behaviour. This will also be coming in the free version soon.

Also check the filter settings to make sure the home page is not excluded.
