• When ever a new post is done – whether it is adding a photo, a page, or blog, we do not see the change happening or the page refresh happening or even after we hit update – we get a blank white page. But the change does happen – after we go check the page out – we can see the change but not during. Does that make sense?

The previous web master stopped working on the website and I am reviewing the error log and there are a lot of .php error logs in the file. I am concerned about the database might be corrupted. Am I seeing a reflection of that?

PHP is not the database, so PHP errors rarely mean a problem with the database. The files are PHP, the database is MySQL.

More than likely, this is just a conflict introduced by a plugin or theme file.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
