Posts not importing

    Hi,

    Added feed, clicked pull now. After loading for a while it says at the top Syndicating Blog… 0 posts were added!

    So it did not add any posts, but it doesn’t say why it didn’t work or didn’t give any error messages. I’m pulling this feed.

    Please advise.

  • Adjust your first post image and thumbnail genaration options. Try do not insert and do not generate. Keep as many options as you can to default. Also look at undefined category option.

    Hmmm. now it imported only 1 post.

    You have to play around with it. Each RSS feed has different attributes. Such as some have thumbnails some do not. I found adjusting the two options for I mentioned before to be the best troubleshooting options. Have you increased the number of articles your asking it to pull? Also make sure video pull on the bottom is unmarked. The author of this plugin will tell you to leave all options default but that does not always work for me.

    Make sure to disable the post thumbnails generation. Perhaps there are no images in the feed, so the plugin is unable to generate featured images and ignores them. That’s a common question.
