Posts Not getting Published

  • Hi,

    I have a article site: https://www.submitanarticle.info/. Users come and submit their articles. Since last few days, I am not able to publish any post. Whenever, I try to publish a post, I got a ‘500 Internal Server Error’. I tried clearing the cache and optimizing the database, but still the same error is there. The other sites on the same server are perfectly working fine.

    Can anyone help me in this?

  • Internal server error is too generic, and can be caused by several factors, including server errors. Have you contacted your hosting provider for support with the issue?

    Anyway, you may try deactivating all plugins and revert to Twenty Thirteen theme and see if the problem persists.
