Posts listed in a grid style fashion

Im just about done building a website on my localhost, and the next step is to have the posts within my “news” page layed out in a grid style fashion and have been looking everywhere with no luck. I am a noob when it comes to php, and a reference site in which i would like the exact grid/layout and function would be https://liraclothing.com/blog/

I would also need the permalinks and thumbnails (taken from each post) implemented as well.

Anyone have a clue into how i may be able to get this setup? Thanks!
