Posts links and banner ads problem

Hello.
I have a little problem:
When I publish a post in my website with links in the first paragraphs and exists a banner ad script, this link don’t work.
Can see the link in blue color on text but can’t doing “click” in it.
But if actualice the post page many times, the link finally works.
I’m using Elegant Magazine theme.
Why does this happen? Can anyone help me?
