Posts indexing slow down after change category position

Posts were Indexing after half an hour and for some organizing to my web site i just modified (2 Categories) positions Not Deleting.

For example: if categories like this (Cat-1, Cat-2, Cat-3) are parents, i just moved (Cat-2 and Cat-3) to be children to (Cat-1) and of course the (Cat-2 and Cat-3) have (Indexed Posts).

Then the Google-Indexing slow down significantly for a long time could be (20 hours).

I am using Yoast SEO Plugin.
