Posts in wrong order after server move

Please help. My web host moved my site to a different server and now all my posts on the left are in the wrong order. They are now oldest at the top, wrong of course! The rest of the page seems to be ok as far as I can tell, but the main column with the posts is in the wrong order. I did not change anything or touch the database. They probably did during the move though. Any ideas?
