Posts In Subsites Suddenly Disappeared

    On my multisite at golfblogger dot com, the posts in the sub sites there ( newswire dot golfblogger dot com and 19thhole ) are no longer displaying on the site (or listed in the post dashboard). The main site seems to be working fine.

    Sort of just happened. I have no idea why. I hadn’t been tinkering with it. Didn’t even notice initially, since I don’t work on those subsites every day.

    At any rate, the posts still seem to be in the database. But they don’t show up in the posts list on the dashboard or in the calendar. However, in the at-a-glance on the dashboard, it shows that there are 556 posts … which should be about right.

    I can’t see the posts to edit them. BUT, I have a single pingback on the subsite dashboard. When I click on that to edit it, the post shows up in the editor.

    I don’t have any idea where to even start with this. I’m a relatively recent convert to WP after a decade with ExpressionEngine.

    Just clarifying: The posts on subsites USED to work, but now they don’t, correct? (Looks like maybe you got the 19thhole to work?)

    You say you haven’t been in the subsites, but have you been in the main site or network? Installed or activated any new plugins or themes since you know posts were last working? It’s definitely worth deactivating (both network & subsite levels) all plugins to see if there is a conflict there.

    They’ve been down for two weeks. I just checked in response to this message, and they’re back up.

    I HAD deactivated all of the plugins to solve another, concurrent issue, and then put them back in one at a time. It fixed the other issue. But the posts were still missing. Until today.

    newswire is still missing posts when I look at it. Should it be showing something?
