Posts in custom taxonomies are not showing

I’m using your plugin to create additional taxonomies that can be searched/filtered with the ‘Search & Filter Pro’ plugin (https://www.designsandcode.com/wordpress-plugins/search-filter-pro/).

I have created 2 taxonomies and have assigned posts to each and I can see the posts are in the correct taxonomies in WP admin. But in the filter area of the ‘Search & Filter Pro’ on the front-end, the taxonomies are showing with 0 posts.

Please can you advise how I can register the new taxonomies?
