Posts Gone Missing After Duplication

  • Have installed the plugin and after a lot of messing around got it to duplicate a site that did not end up with 404s for the admin and site itself.

    However, the duplicated site only has two out of the ten test posts displaying that the main test site had and when you go to the admin of the cloned site the Posts menu shows a summary of ten posts and two sticky at the top but the list of posts is completely missing – reports No Posts Found! Same goes for Pages. The top shows five pages published but the listing says No Pages Found.

    It seems that the duplication only partly completed?

    Any clues please.

    Hi.

    Can you provide a log of the duplication ? (when you duplicate a site, click on “show advanced options” and enable logs)

    Duplication should clone all contents, and it’s the first time I hear about problem on classic wp post duplication.

    It could be a problem of compatibility with third party plugins : do you have some plugins that modify post behavior / multisite contents behavior ?

    Any information you can give me (log, plugins list, theme, context …) would be useful to understand what’s happening there.
