Posts gone invisible after upgrade to the latest version!

Hi every one. I upgraded my wordpress to the latest version (2.9.2) last night, it was working fine till this afternoon I realised that posts are not visible in single page! They were fine and I was happy! minutes ago, I saw that a new version is available, I upgraded automatically and the problem did not resolved! Also, themes are gone too! Any idea?
