posts does not update, after changes

Hi thank you for the plugin, I am happy with the results

I noticed that posts does not update when I change content, I need to login in to clouldflare to purge the cache. is this notmal?

I applied the recommended settings, and Auto Purge Content On Update is off because is says “Note:?This feature is superseded by Automatic Platform Optimization for WordPress. If you are using APO, then this setting should be disabled.”

I am using APO and changes does not reflect.
