Posts disappearing when Save Draft is pressed

  • Hello

    All day today I have been trying to post to my blog. I write the post, and click Save Draft, and lose my post entirely, except for the first 2 or 3 lines. I walked about from it, restart my computer, tried 3 browsers, and it keeps doing the same thing. I just updated to 4.1.1 last week.. has this caused the problem? It’s the first time I’ve tried to post since I updated to 4.1.1.

  • First of all, disable all plugins and see if the problem still persist.

    If you are using plugins for links in your post. Try using an alternative.

    If there is image on your post, try removing it before saving it to draft. Better still, publish it at once.

    You might have mistakenly hit a shortcut button or your mouse hit something wrong. Try using the undo (ctrl + z) button and see what you got.
