Posts Disappeared

My posts disappeared from my website and they are not showing in dashboard either. I have not made any updates to make them disappear. The last plugin i added was google site kit but the post were showing after I made the update and activated it. I have disabled the plugin but my posts are still not showing. I have no idea wha happened or how to fix it. I have lost tens or news articles! please help!
