    I’m having trouble understanding one aspect of how the Post Data field works.

    I activated Title, Content, Categories, Tags and on the front end form all are presenting their field to the user for this post data field.

    Then I activate Custom Fields and add two new fields there, Name and Occupation (same label and value for each) but these aren’t presenting on the front form.

    Can’t I create any custom field here and the public form display them?

    I hope you’re well today!

    The “custom fields” part won’t “automatically “show on form. Assuming that you want to have two custom fields added and let user fill them in, you’d need to do it like this:

    1) add two text/input fields to the form – those will be the fields the user will fill-in

    2) then in your custom fields in Post Data click on “+” icon in “Value” for each of the fields and assign one of those input fields (that you created in step 1) above.

    Basically, you just need to “map” form input fields to custom fields as a value. Take a look, please:
