Posts comments form coming in reviews

I am trying to add ultimate review to my ultimate catalog. When you see the submitted review then I see comment form too along with review text. Comment form is the form that come under a post on my website. If I disable comments on my posts then it goes away. But I want to show comments on my blog posts but do not want to show submit comment form on review. Please let me know how to remove the comment form from the review.
