Hi,

Using latest version of Posts Carousel.

After the last update to WP 6.7.1, the Carousel now insists on displaying each post full width whatever the settings of the plugin. I should get 3 posts per row. Now each post uses the full window width. The posts display correctly in the editor but neither in the Elementor Preview window nor in the “real” page in the browser.

I tried to change the width and height of the post. No way. Full width whatever I do.

By the way, while displaying this page, some items in the site main menu become disabled while they shouldn’t.

The problem only occurs when I’m logged in with an administrator account. Otherwise, the Posts Carousel plugin displays normally. What could the user role have to do with this ?

Problem spotted but not fixed.

Elementor pages loaded when logged in as an administrator (and only in that case) contain the following script line :

https://capcgaleries.org/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/js/common-modules.min.js” id=”elementor-common-modules-js”>

This line causes the Posts Carousel to malfunction. When removed, the extensions works correctly.

Renaming the script file fixes the problem but I don’t know how risky this is. This file seems to belong to a list of useless files mentioned on some forums.

More about this issue : the problem may occur with any role/user having the manage_options capability. This is what triggers the loading of the above mentioned script.

I do have the common-modules.min.js loaded but cannot reproduce the issue on the elementor editor page or the preview page. Have the latest version of the Elementor and Elementor PRO loaded.
