Posts are over-writing all my page’s contents

  • New to WP, hope someone can help.
    I have four pages: Home, About Jean-Paul, About Acupuncture and Contact.

    Whenever I write a post, it shows up in all four pages, over-writing anything else I might have in those pages. I would like posts to only show up on the first page, Home.
