• For some odd reason, all of my sites post from last week are missing but something rather odd has occurred because some of them still appear on the Post Tab in Admin. However, if I try to view or edit them I get this error:

    You attempted to edit a post that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it was deleted?

    The thing is that Title, Author, Categories, Tag and Date info. are there for the posts that are still showing; they just can’t be viewed or edited. I checked the MYSQL database and those posts no longer exist either.

    I tried going back to a Default Theme and turning off all plugins. I thought that the AStickyPostOrderER plugin i was using may have caused this problem but it seems to have occurred today as a post was put up this morning so I don’t think that could be the cause.

    Any ideas

    Also, it appears that I cannot add any new posts either.

    Hi,

    Check with these options:

    -> Disable all the plugins
    – repair your wordpress database and its permissions. Make sure that you have added the correct details in wp-config.php file.
    – upgrade your database to the latest version.
    – remove all unwanted code from htaccess file.

    Thanks,

    Shane G.

    Shane thank you sooo much! I figured out how to repair the tables. It seems that after I repaired one, another one would get corrupted so when I checked them and repaired them all at once; it totally solved the problem.

    Now I just need to figure out which plugin is the culprit.

    ??
